## BIMIレコードを確認する

## BIMIとは？

BIMI（Brand Indicators for Message Identification）は、Gmail、Apple Mail、Yahoo Mailなどの対応メールクライアントで、認証済みメールの横に組織のブランドロゴを表示できるようにするメール標準です。

受信者があなたのメールの横にロゴを目にすると、瞬時に信頼と認知が生まれます。BIMIは、`default._bimi.yourdomain.com` にDNS TXTレコードを公開することで機能し、そのレコードがSVGロゴと、任意でVerified Mark Certificate（VMC）を指し示します。

## Verified Mark Certificate（VMC）とは？

### VMCの役割

VMCは、BIMIで表示されるロゴをあなたが法的に所有していることを証明するデジタル証明書です。DigiCertやEntrustなどの認証局が、商標登録を確認した後に発行します。

### VMCが重要な理由

GmailはBIMIロゴを表示するためにVMCを必須としています。VMCがないと、ロゴはApple MailやYahoo Mailには表示されても、世界で最も利用者の多い（18億人以上のユーザーを抱える）メールクライアントであるGmailには表示されない場合があります。

## BIMIロゴの要件

### SVG Tiny PS形式

ロゴはSVG Tiny Portable/Secure（SVG Tiny PS）形式である必要があります。これは、埋め込みスクリプトや外部参照を防ぐ制限付きのSVGプロファイルです。

### 正方形のアスペクト比

ロゴは中央に配置されたデザインの完全な正方形にする必要があります。メールクライアントは円形に切り抜いて表示するため、重要な要素は端から離してください。

### HTTPSでのホスティング

ロゴは、一般公開されたURLからHTTPS経由で配信される必要があります。メールクライアントがロゴを取得できるよう、サーバーはクロスオリジンアクセスを許可する必要があります。

### 適用モードのDMARC

ドメインには `quarantine` または `reject` のDMARCポリシーが必要です。BIMIは `p=none` では機能しません。

### "A great solution to a common email problem."

I have been using them for the last month after my Google business email started giving DMARC errors. I didn't even know what it meant at that time. After a little googling I found that people can spoof it as well. So far so good — the best thing is it protects every email.
