Email security and deliverability,
operationalized for the enterprise
Large domain portfolios. Many stakeholders. Real security, DNS, and change-management requirements. DMARC Report is where your team monitors changes, gets alerted wherever they work, and drives every issue to resolution. This is not just authentication. It is security and deliverability you can act on.

More than authentication. It is how you run email security day to day.
Reaching a reject policy is the start, not the finish. Senders change, DNS gets edited, new domains get spun up, and someone has to notice and act. At enterprise scale, that is a program, not a one-time project.
DMARC Report gives you the visibility, the alerts, and the workflow to keep every domain protected and delivering, with the whole team pulling in the same direction. Prefer we host the DMARC record itself? That is built in too.
- ✓ See your entire portfolio, active and parked, in one place
- ✓ Catch DNS changes before they become incidents
- ✓ Alert the right people on the channels they use
- ✓ Assign, track, and resolve, with clear ownership
- ✓ Provision and manage domains as code with Terraform
Everything a large, multi-team environment needs
The portfolio, the monitoring, the alerting, and the workflow to operate email security and deliverability across the whole organization.
Bring your entire portfolio
Active and parked domains together, grouped the way your organization is actually structured. Parked domains are prime spoofing targets, so we monitor them too, not just the ones that send. See the whole portfolio at a glance, then drill into any domain.
DNS change monitoring
Watch SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT across every domain. Know when a record is added, changed, or removed, usually within hours, so a quiet DNS edit never becomes a deliverability or spoofing incident.
Alerts to every endpoint
Route alerts to the places your team already works: email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and webhooks that feed your SIEM or Splunk. Critical changes land in your workflow, not just an inbox nobody reads.
Investigations and tracking
A remediation board turns failing sources into tracked work. Assign an owner, see what is in progress, and drive every issue from detected to resolved. Project management for your authentication program.
Teams and delegated access
Multiple stakeholders, handled. Scope each team to its own domains, delegate responsibility, and give everyone the right level of access. People see what they own, and nothing more.
Terraform, API, and integrations
Provision and manage domains as code with our Terraform module, or use the full REST API to onboard programmatically, pull reporting into your own dashboards, and push alerts into the tools your teams live in.
Know the moment DNS changes, wherever your team works
Monitor authentication and transport records across every domain. Get alerted when a record is added, changed, or removed, so your security and messaging teams hear about it in hours, not at the next audit.
Send alerts to
- ✓ Record added, changed, and removed alerts
- ✓ SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT coverage
- ✓ Webhooks into your SIEM or Splunk
- ✓ Alert history, retained for review and audit
It is not protecting you if it is not landing
Authentication earns trust. Deliverability earns the inbox. DMARC Report watches the signals that decide whether your mail lands, and warns you when your reputation starts to slip.
One view of security and deliverability, so a reputation problem does not quietly become a revenue problem.
- ✓ Inbox placement guidance to move mail out of spam and into the inbox
- ✓ Google Postmaster Tools reputation and spam-rate signals
- ✓ Blacklist and reputation monitoring across your domains and IPs
- ✓ Early warning when reputation slips, before campaigns suffer
- ✓ Turn failing sources into tracked, assignable work
- ✓ Delegate responsibility, team by team
- ✓ Each team scoped to its own domains
- ✓ See what is open, in progress, and done
Own it, assign it, track it to resolution
Findings are only useful if someone acts on them. A remediation board turns every failing source into tracked work, with an owner, a status, and a path to resolved.
With delegated teams and per-domain scope, responsibility is clear and nothing falls through the cracks, no matter how many stakeholders touch your domains.

Priced on your needs, not your valuation
Transparent pricing based on what you actually need: domains, report volume, and data history. Not on how much you raised in your last round, or what your stock is trading at. You see the price, you pay for what you use, and a human is there if your setup is unusual.
Common questions
Does DMARC Report support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes. Single sign-on is built on WorkOS, with role-based access so each person gets the right level of permission. You can delegate teams and scope each team to only the domains it owns.
What procurement and legal paperwork can you provide?
We provide SLAs, a GDPR-ready data processing agreement (DPA), a published Bonterms NDA, and security questionnaires on request. DMARC Report is SOC 2 Type 2 audited every year, and the report is available under NDA.
Can we manage DMARC domains as code with Terraform?
Yes. You can provision and manage domains with our Terraform module, or use the full REST API to onboard domains programmatically, pull reporting into your own dashboards, and push alerts into the tools your teams already use.
Is AI analysis required, or can we opt out?
AI is opt-in and on-demand only. You can opt out of it entirely, and your data is never sold. Nothing is sent to an AI model unless you choose to use an AI feature.
Where can alerts be delivered?
Alerts route to the places your team already works: email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and webhooks that feed your SIEM or Splunk. You are notified when a DNS record is added, changed, or removed, usually within hours.
How do you handle large domain portfolios with many stakeholders?
Active and parked domains are monitored together and grouped the way your organization is structured. Delegated teams let you scope each team to its own domains, so responsibility is clear and people see only what they own.
