Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Core plan is free forever for up to 1,000 DMARC messages per month. No credit card required. It includes aggregate report parsing, one domain, and access to all free tools.
What happens after my 30-day free trial?
Your trial automatically converts to the plan you selected. If you do not add a payment method, your account downgrades to the free Core plan. No data is lost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit applies to your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Toggle the billing switch above the pricing cards to see annual rates.
How many domains can I monitor?
All paid plans support unlimited domains. The free Core plan supports one domain. There are no per-domain fees on paid plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Enterprise plans support PO billing and invoicing.
